Two of the best coffee producing regions worldwide are: Guji, Ethiopia and Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Guji is fruit forward with flavors of blueberry and blackberry. Huehue is full of dark chocolate and caramel notes. We blended these two coffees to create The 50/50, an amazing blend no matter how you brew it: drip/filter, french press, espresso and cold brew. A crushable coffee with a full body, crisp acidity, lingering flavor and prevalent sweetness.
