Situated around 1800 meters above sea level, the farm benefits from ideal elevation and climate for slow cherry maturation, leading to more developed sugars and vibrant flavor profiles.

This coffee is a Pink Bourbon, a variety prized for its balance of bright acidity and expressive fruit character. Processed as a natural, the cherries are dried with the fruit intact, allowing sugars and aromatics to infuse into the bean.The result is a coffee that’s fruit-forward and sweet without becoming heavy or overripe.
