Blue Hour was born from a simple idea: what if we took one of the wildest coffees we've tasted all year and made it just a little easier to live with? At the heart of this blend is our Colombia Finca Monteblanco Blueberry Co-Ferment, a coffee famous for its huge blueberry aroma, intense fruit character, and funky fermentation-driven complexity. It's the kind of coffee that coffee geeks obsess over, but for some drinkers, it can be a little much.

To round out the edges without losing what makes it special, we paired it with two coffees that bring balance and structure. Peru Santa Rosa Natural contributes juicy raspberry, black cherry, and a syrupy fruit sweetness that complements the blueberry notes beautifully. Guatemala La Familia provides the foundation, bringing chocolate sweetness, balance, and a clean finish that keeps the blend grounded.

The result is a coffee that still sings with vibrant berry character but feels more polished and approachable than the co-ferment on its own. Expect notes of blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, milk chocolate, and sweet pastry-like sugars, with a smooth body and lingering sweetness.
