Colombia Pink Bourbon

Pink Bourbon is a complex variety of coffee that has come to prominence in the last few years. Initially discovered on a Colombian farm because of its standout pink hue coffee cherries incomparison to the traditional red.

What was standout on the plant, followed thru in the flavor as the newly dubbed "Pink Bourbon" was discovered to have excellent cup quality. This coffee is an excellent example of that and is full of a wide variety of complex flavors: strawberry candy, cherry and watermelon. The light roast on this
accentuates the acidity, while packing a good amount of sweetness. It is best enjoyed as filter coffee, but also makes a very interesting espresso.
