We love this honey process coffee. It has the vibrant and wild flavors of a natural process along with the full body and crisp acidity of a washed coffee. An ever present sweetness completes the cup that tastes delicious no matter how you choose to brew it. We find it is packed with plum and raspberry notes, along with a syrupy full body.

This coffee starts with the Red Bourbon varietal, one of our favorites, packed full of dynamic flavors like raspberry and plum. Honey process refers to when farmers leave the mucilage of the coffee cherry to dry around the coffee bean in the sun. The bean absorbs the fruit and creates the delicious, dynamic cup.
