Sweet, clean, balanced and a sure fire crowd-pleaser. In many ways this coffee reminds us of a washed Guatemalan or Colombian coffee. It has a rich coating body and has delicious notes of dried fruit like cherry and clementine. We also find it is balanced by a maple syrup and dark chocolate note.

This is one of those coffees that tastes great no matter how you brew it: filter, espresso, cold brew and french press.
